Women's Ministries
The foundation of the Women's Ministry at New Well Worship
Center exists to encourage women to develop their relationship
with Jesus Christ and grow in maturity as they fulfill the wide
variety of roles they have today in the home and in the workplace
through Biblical teaching and fellowship.
Fellowship brings encouragement, accountability, and support.
Acts 16:14-15
One of those listening was a woman named LYDIA, a dealer in
purple cloth from the city of Thyatira, who was a worshiper of
God. The Lord opened her heart to respond to Paul’s message.
When she and the members of her household were baptized, she
INVITED US TO HER HOME. “If you consider me a believer in
the Lord,” she said, “come and STAY AT MY HOUSE.” And she
persuaded us.

•• Hospitality is a ministry in which some women seem to flourish.
It is a true blessing to the recipients.

Acts 18:25-26 [Apollos] had been instructed in the way of the
Lord, and he spoke with great fervor and taught about Jesus
accurately, though he knew only the baptism of John. He began
to speak boldly in the synagogue. When PRISCILLA AND
AQUILA heard him, they invited him TO THEIR HOME and
EXPLAINED to him the WAY OF GOD MORE ADEQUATELY.

•• We see here an informal, “kitchen-table” discussion of the
Word of God, with a husband and wife together sharing insights,
in the context of extending hospitality.

If just 10% of the adults in a church would exercise their gift of
hospitality, it will revolutionize the church for good.  We believe
that it is already transforming our church.

Currently, there are various opportunities throughout the year to
facilitate the Women's Ministry at NWWC.
